We recently caught up with Club Rossie Business Member Paul Earley of Earley Consulting.
Established in 2006 Earley Consulting is an independently owned Private Client Financial Planning Practice, whose goal is to help clients build, grow and protect their wealth, to provide them with the lifestyle choices they want for themselves and their families.
Paul is well known throughout the country as a former Michael Glaveys and Roscommon player, Ireland’s first Australian Rules player, an All-Star winner, International Rules Player and Manager.
Paul, why did you become a Club Rossie Business Member?
We wanted to contribute to the promotion and development of the GAA in Roscommon and support the fantastic work that Club Rossie is doing.
You’ve had many memorable moments as a Roscommon player but what was your most memorable moment supporting a Roscommon GAA Team?
When the Senior Footballers won the 2010 Connacht Final against Sligo in Castlebar. (Paul had the pleasure of being the co-commentator with TV3 on the day!)

A number of years ago you were a member of the National Football Review Committee which proposed a number of changes to playing rules. If you were the next GAA President what’s the one thing about the Association that you’d change?
I would change the All Ireland Championship structure creating two equally high profile competitions with the aim of giving more teams an opportunity to win trophies at the level at which they can realistically compete.

We provide a comprehensive personalised Financial Planning and Wealth Management service to Private Clients. Our clients include Business Owners, Professionals, Executives, Investors and Retirees, based across the country.
