We recently caught up with Club Rossie Business Member Coman Brady of IQ Financial, Elphin and Sligo.
Coman and his brother Enda established the company in 2005 and they specialise in financial planning.
Coman, why did IQ Financial become Club Rossie Business Members?
We wanted to support the development of Gaelic Football in Roscommon and to be a part of the great effort being made by Club Rossie.
What is your most memorable moment supporting a Roscommon GAA Team?
It has to be Gerry Lohan’s injury time goal against Mayo in the 2001 Connacht Final.
Who is your favourite Roscommon player of all time?
Tony McManus – the best player I’ve ever seen playing for Roscommon.
You served as the Elphin GAA Treasurer and Chairperson in recent years. If you were to become the next GAA President what’s the one thing about the Association that you’d change?
I would make necessary changes to County and Colleges Competitions to ensure that all Club players can be given definitive match schedules for all their League and Championship games at the start of each season.

We are Financial Planners, we create financial plans with our customers that help them make choices with their money so that they can achieve their future goals (that usually relate to lifestyle). We deal with Managers, Company Directors and Business owners all over Ireland.

Finally, who is the most fanatical Roscommon GAA Supporter you know and why?
Kilmore’s Brian Carroll. He gives a huge amount of time to the GAA and never ever misses a game.
