Connacht Ice Baths was established with the aim of aiding the recovery process for sports people, post training, competition, match or other event.
Their fully equipped clinic includes a Six Jet Hydrotherapy Pool. Hydro Therapy is scientific, hygienic, and a highly recommended, temperature controllable, alternative to widely used “Ice Baths”.
Their mobile unit is the first of its kind in Ireland and can cater for up to 40 individuals. Like their clinic based hydrotherapy unit, the mobile unit consists of jets and the temperature is closely regulated between 1 and 2 degrees of the desired target temperature. The benefits are all the same when using our mobile unit as when individuals are attending the hydrotherapy clinic.
