A very enjoyable day was had by all at our Training Session / Meet and Greet event for Junior Club Rossie members in the Convent of Mercy School, Roscommon on Friday last, February 24th.
Thank you to all the children that attended (and the grown-ups that brought them), to Roscommon Footballers Jenny Higgins, Natalie McHugh, Conor Devaney, Cathal Compton, Colm Lavin, Sean Mullooley and John McManus, to the Roscommon GAA Games Promotional Officers Peter, Padraig, Ollie and Willie and to Diane and Stephen from the Roscommon GAA Office for all their help with the event. We also wish to thank the Management of the Convent of Mercy School for the use of their facilities. We hope to host similar events in the future. Draws
Also on the day, the first of our 2017 Draws took place. The prizes and winners were as follows:
The chance to be the Roscommon Senior Football Team Mascot for the Allianz Football League game against Kerry: The Winners were Madison Casey and Molly Rose Finneran.
The chance to win a Training Session with County Players for your School or Club Team will also take place on the day. The winner was Savanah Casey.
