Club Rossie looks to go global

Club Rossie is looking to expand its national and international membership to help support the development of Gaelic Games and the Teams who represent our County.

In this regard, we are looking to appoint “Club Rossie Ambassadors” across the World. According to Pat Compton, Chairman Club Rossie, “our Ambassadors would act as a liaison with the Roscommon Supporters and Diaspora in their area in order to help spread the word and grow our Membership across the globe”. Club Rossie will be targeting Cities and Regions in the UK, US, Canada, Europe, Australia & New Zealand.

Full Details surrounding the Club Rossie Ambassador locations around the world and their contact details will be available on here on clubrossie.ie shortly. Club Rossie would like to hear from any Roscommon GAA supporters around the world who would like to be part of this International recruitment drive and encourage family and friends at home to reach out to their contacts abroad . All interested parties should make contact with Club Rossie via abroad@clubrossie.ie or one of our social media accounts: facebook.com/clubrossie or twitter.com/clubrossie or instagram.com/clubrossieofficial

Roscommon GAA Treasurer David O’Connor added “Roscommon GAA is always going to be challenged in terms of resources by the size and population of our County. However, rather than limiting our potential, Club Rossie is committed to being innovative and harnessing the unrivalled sense of pride our supporters have in our County Teams” .
