What is the 500 Club?
As you know, we paused Club Rossie membership in 2020 when Covid hit and there was uncertainty about when games would be played again. We were in the same position heading into 2021 and although the situation looked brighter heading into 2022 nothing was certain, so we decided to hold off on a new membership programme for the moment.
Instead:
- We released the Gift Sets as a lot of people asked when would new merchandise be available and we limited the number of sets on sale to 500.
- We also said that any excess funds raised from the gift sets will go towards enhancing the Roscommon GAA underage development programme and young player welfare initiatives.
- In recent weeks we’ve had a lot of people asking “How do I become a member?” and “When is my membership renewal due?”.
Based on the above we decided to combine the three elements and the “500 Club” was born.
How do I become one of the “500”?
Everyone who buys a Club Rossie Gift Set, which includes a Jacket, Scarf, and much more, will be included and every week, until the end of the Allianz League, members will be included in a draw for a jersey and a pair of tickets to the next home game. It’s as simple as that; an extra bonus from us as an acknowledgment of your support!
