We recently caught up with Eamonn Gleeson of Gleesons Restaurant and Rooms, Roscommon town.
Established by Eamonn and Mary Gleeson in 1991 the business has gone from strength to strength over the past 27 years.
Eamonn, why did Gleesons Restaurant and Rooms become a Club Rossie Business Member?
“We wanted to support Roscommon GAA while also helping to bring business to Town.”
What is your most memorable Roscommon GAA Moment?
“The 2006 All-Ireland Minor Football Championship title win.”
Who is your favourite Roscommon player of all time?
“Dermot Earley. He was a team player with a high level of integrity in every interaction, top class performer and embodied honesty, accountability, Co-operation and ambition. These are attributes that I abide by in business.”

“Established on July 23rd 1991 Gleeson’s Restaurant and Rooms is a lovingly restored 19th century townhouse with charm and comforts at every turn.
