Ian Kilbride took to the Moynihan Russell Studios in Dublin’s city centre on Wednesday to record an upcoming radio advertisement for Club Rossie.
Ian, who will take up his midfield position this weekend in Cork, took to his first voice-over role with ease and professionalism.
Joining Kilbride was Bill Goulding, an award-winning actor and voice-over specialist whose soothing tones you might recognise from the Pat the Baker ads and also from the character of Rory in Wanderly Wagon.
Recorded for free, the advertisement will make it’s debut during the Roscommon V Cork game this Sunday on Shannonside FM.
Keep an eye out in the coming weeks for another obliging Roscommon player who will shortly be joining Ian and Bill on our airwaves. He’s a tidy corner back! Can you guess who it might be? Tell us in the comments on Facebook or tweet us @ClubRossie
