We recently caught up with Declan Molloy of Honest Gluten Free @ Molloys Bakery, Abbeytown, Roscommon town.
Declan, why did Honest Gluten Free @ Molloys Bakery become a Club Rossie Business Member?
“The GAA is a vital component that makes rural Ireland a great place. We wanted to give something back to the community that has supported Molloys for the past 96 years and we felt that contributing to Roscommon GAA would benefit the whole community.”
What is your most memorable Roscommon GAA Moment?
“The 2006 All-Ireland Minor Football Championship title win in Ennis. Prior to that my dad Barry Molloy, was the last captain of an All-Ireland winning Roscommon Minor Football team. I know a lot of the lads that played that day and it was something special. ”
Who is your favourite Roscommon player of all time?
“Dermot Earley.”
